You have the right to request the cessation of communication regarding our activities related to advertising, campaigns, promotions, and sending commercial electronic messages, and to withdraw your explicit consent at any time.

If you do not wish to be contacted for advertising, campaigns, promotions, and the sending of commercial electronic messages in the future, you can exercise your right to cancel by using the contact information you provided to us.

5) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to a Third Party?

Personal data of our solution partners may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope prescribed by legal regulations for the purpose of conducting activities in compliance with regulations, providing information to authorized individuals, institutions, and organizations; to our solution partners, cargo companies, suppliers, and banks to the extent necessary for the execution/audit of business operations, risk management processes, tracking and conducting legal affairs, and the proper performance of our services. Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your explicit consent given to our company at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing activities based on consent before its withdrawal. 

Right to be Forgotten: In certain situations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our company.

Right to Data Portability: In certain situations, you have the right to request the transfer of your personal data obtained by our company to another organization or directly to you.

Right to Restriction of Processing: In certain situations, you have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data by our company.
